Terms of Service

Upon recieving the artwork, the client has the right to:
‣ use the artwork for personal, non-commercial purpose
‣ use/repost the artwork online WITH credit
‣ crop/add filters to the artwork‣ When filling out the form, you will select one option from each category (body, shading, background). Your selected option from each category will give you a price. At the end, all your selected prices will be added up as your total, which is the amount you will have to pay-- think of it as adding items to your cart before checking out.
‣ Submitting a form does not guarantee acceptance of your commission.‣ I prefer references over descriptions. So if needed, the client can have any references including poses, characters, and objects ready when I contact them.
‣ If the client would like me to draw another artwork, they must submit another form.
‣ The maximum amount of characters in an artwork is 2 characters. If the client wants to add another character, this will double the selected prices for both categories of body and shading, but the background price will be added separately.‣ If I am interested in taking their commission, the client will be contacted via email and/or social media. They can pay through VGen, Paypal, Venmo, or Cashapp. Paypal and VGen will be through the invoice system in which the client is sent an invoice, and they pay from there.
‣ After paying, the client will soon be sent a sketch in which they can request changes. However, I have the right to deny any requests if I feel the need to.
‣ The commission will take at least 3 days to complete. One message is fine, but do not constantly pester about it being finished.
‣ The client may request a refund if they have seen no progress on a commissioned piece after 2 months.
